We have created a unique Doula led antenatal workshop for expectant parents at Barberstown Castle. We believe that preparing for postpartum is just as important as preparing for birth, and our workshop covers everything from birth to postpartum in a fun and engaging way. Our goal is to empower expectant parents to trust their bodies, their choices, their boundaries, and their decisions. Education and preparation are key to a positive birth and postpartum experience, and our workshop is the perfect way to get started on that journey.
